By downloading, installing, or using the software (hereafter "the Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not download, install, or use the Software.
This End User License Agreement constitutes a legal contract between you and Nebula App Development, LLC. AAA VPN is proprietary software owned by Nebula App Development, LLC.
License Grant
Free License: AAA VPN grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to download, install, and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in strict accordance with this Agreement.
Paid License: Upon payment of applicable fees and continued compliance with this Agreement, AAA VPN grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to use the Software in accordance with this Agreement.
Unauthorized Use
You agree to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use of the Software's content, using at least the same level of care as you would for your own confidential information.
Ownership Rights
The Software is the intellectual property of Nebula App Development, LLC, protected by copyright laws and international agreements. You are granted no rights or titles to the Software's intellectual property except as explicitly stated in this Agreement.
Restrictions
Restrictive Use: The Services must not be used in a manner that could harm, overload, or impair our servers, or interfere with others' enjoyment of the Services.
Compliance with Laws: The Software must be used in accordance with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where it is used.
Limited Warranty
AAA VPN does not guarantee that the Software will meet all your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. AAA VPN is licensed to you "AS IS," without any warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Neither Nebula App Development, LLC nor any party involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the Services will be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability is limited to thirty dollars ($30) for all claims.
Third-Party Programs
The Software may include third-party programs governed by their own terms, which may feature open-source or free software licenses.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, without reference to conflict of laws principles. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
Entire Agreement
